Licenced Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher

Hello! I'm Rachel Di Gregorio and I am a licensed massage therapist & certified yoga teacher. I am also the face behind Golden Fern Wellness.

I am a quiet spirit with a deep a love of nature and finding the magical in the mundane. In my down time, you can find me exploring nature trails, hanging out with my cats, getting lost in a high fantasy novel, or cooking up something delicious & cozy in the kitchen.

I created this wellness brand as a way to hold safe & sacred space for people so that they may experience peace and healing. I am trauma informed & educated and also have my own personal history of dealing with and healing from past trauma, addiction/recovery, self harm patterns and chronic pain. All of my offerings are things that have helped me tremendously on my own path to healing and I am very passionate about sharing this work and holding space for people to reach a more equanimous & embodied state of being.

My primary offering is bodywork/massage therapy that is deeply intertwined with energy healing practices. I am an attuned Reiki practitioner and have specialized training in Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Temple Bodywork. My sessions are integrative and customized to your needs both physically and energetically. I pull from various modalities and am able to intuit what would best serve you by practicing deep listening to both the musculoskeletal body as well as the subtle energy body (chakra systems, meridian lines) as I believe the two are deeply intertwined. My understanding of both anatomy and the subtle energy body is what helps me to customize each session to your unique needs and treat you in a more holistic sense.

A session with me is a ritualistic & healing experience. I typically will include aroma therapy, sound healing & breathwork if I feel that it would serve you. That being said, this work is still very therapeutic and effective and you can be sure to find relief in any areas of deeply held tension or chronic pain.

I am also a Yoga Teacher and teach public classes at Sukha Yoga in Austin, Tx. I have been a practicing yogi for over 15 years and I have been teaching for more than 3 years. I found yoga in my early recovery journey through attending weekly meditation groups and dharma talks. This had such a profound effect in my healing journey that I knew immediately that I wanted to be able to give back the gifts that I had learned and received through regular mindfulness practices and integrating yogic philosophy into all aspects of my life. My Asana practice is deeply influenced from my life-long background as a dancer as well as my work as a massage therapist. What you can expect from a class with me are slow fluid movements harmoniously synched with the breath to help you reach a deeply embodied state. I love to integrate functional mobility & strength practices in such a way that still feels very natural and accessible for all bodies. All levels are welcomed and encouraged always! Aside from my public classes, I can also work with you 1 on 1 for any specific goals you may have.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me & my offerings. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your healing journey!
