What forms of payment do you accept? I currently accept Venmo or Cash
What is your gratuity policy? I run my practice with All-Inclusive Pricing which means add-on services like cupping & gua sha are included in the cost as well as gratuity. There is never an expectation or requirement for gratuity, if you would absolutely like to leave something extra, that is entirely up to you, but my hope with this policy is to remove any awkward guesswork from the pricing. The price you see is the price you pay!
Where are you located? I am currently working out of another wellness practitioner’s office (Kuhlman Wellness) who already has her established practice. I rent the space out on days she is not using it. Thank you in advance for being respectful of the space while you are here. Office location is very close to Radio coffee in South Austin off of Manchaca & Ben White.

POLICIES
To ensure that I can provide the best care to all my clients, I have implemented the following late cancellation and no-show policy:
Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any charges.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This fee helps me manage the time reserved exclusively for you.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the service. I truly value your time and appreciate your understanding that missed appointments prevent me from serving other clients.
Late Arrivals Policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that you may not receive the full time allotted for your service. You will still be charged the full amount for the service, even if you arrive late.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time may need to reschedule their appointment for a later date and will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
Exceptions: I recognize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you experience a legitimate emergency, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
